Follow these steps to update your extension and resolve issues.

Download Package: Download the nDocuSoft.zip file from Google Drive.

Extract Files: Locate the downloaded file in your folder and Double Click the Zip file to extract the contents.

Open Extensions: Because of browser security, we cannot open the extensions page automatically. Click the button below to copy the link, then paste it into a new tab's address bar.

Enable Developer Mode: Locate the toggle switch in the top-right corner and turn it ON.

Find CRX File: Open the folder you extracted in Step 2 and find the nDocuSoft.crx file.

Drag & Drop: Drag the nDocuSoft.crx file directly onto the chrome://extensions page. Click "Add extension" when the popup appears.

Installation Check: The extension icon should now appear in your list of active extensions.

Refresh: Refresh your browser window to ensure all changes take effect.

Login: Launch nDocuSoft and log in with your credentials. The issue is now fixed!

Why do I need to do this?
Sometimes browser updates or local settings prevent automatic updates. Manually installing the .crx file ensures you have the most stable and secure version of nDocuSoft.
Pro-Tips for a Smooth Setup:
Unzip first: Do not try to drag the file directly from the .zip folder. You must extract (unzip) it first so Windows/Mac can access the file correctly.
The "Developer Mode" Secret: Chrome only allows manual installs if "Developer Mode" is active. Look for the toggle switch at the very top right of the extensions page.
The Drop Zone: When dragging the file, wait for the browser screen to turn blue or show a "Drop to install" message before letting go of the mouse button.
Permissions: If Chrome asks for permissions, click "Allow" or "Add Extension" to give nDocuSoft the access it needs to function correctly.
